Kenshin, from the manga Rurouni Kenshin.
I wanted to practise watercolours so basically I copied a black-and-white picture (from Watsuki's first Kenshin artbook).
Kenshin is (c) Nobuhiro Watsuki.
I used two awesome textures:

and the paper pattern: [link] by ~WingsOfAHero
